Requirements:
- Mac OSX or Windows 2000, XP, Vista, or 7
- Internet Explorer 6 or higher, Firefox 2.0 or higher
- High-speed Internet connection
There are three (3) options -- click on the one recommended by your technician.
- Remote Desktop
- Provide technician the 6-digit password
- ShowMyPC for Windows
- Choose Run to begin installation and Run again to verify publisher
- Click Show My PC Now to generate the 4 digit password
- Click Unblock
- ShowMyPC for Mac
- Click Trust on the Certificate Verification popup
- Click Show My Mac Now to generate the 4-digit password
