Remote Support

Requirements:
  • Mac OSX or Windows 2000, XP, Vista, or 7
  • Internet Explorer 6 or higher, Firefox 2.0 or higher
  • High-speed Internet connection

There are three (3) options -- click on the one recommended by your technician.

  1. Remote Desktop
    • Provide technician the 6-digit password
        
  2. ShowMyPC for Windows
    • Choose Run to begin installation and Run again to verify publisher
    • Click Show My PC Now to generate the 4 digit password
    • Click Unblock
       
  3. ShowMyPC for Mac
    • Click Trust on the Certificate Verification popup
    • Click Show My Mac Now to generate the 4-digit password
