Set Up Google Workspace email - Android Phone or Tablet

Applies To: G Suite customers wishing to sync email, contacts, and calendars with their Android device.

This article will configure your Android phone or tablet to synchronize email, contacts, and calendars with G Suite email accounts. 

Note that these instructions and screens may vary slightly due to manufacturer modifications on your device. To configure your Android device:
  1. Select the Menu icon, and then Settings (note: the menu icon may be in different locations on the bottom of the device).
     
  2. Select + Add Account, Accounts & Sync, or Accounts (varies depending on device):


     
  3. Select Google.


     
  4. Select Existing.


     
  5. Sign in with your @toast.net or G Suite email address.


     
  6. Choose what items you would like to sync and click Finish.  Syncing should complete within 15 minutes.
    • ​At the minimum it is recommended to have Gmail synced for email.​

  1. You will now receive your email through the Gmail App, located in your Apps tray or on your phone's main screen.
