Resetting Web Browser Security - Clear Temp Files and Cookies

1. Click the "Wrench" icon in the upper right corner of the screen and select Options.
2. On the left menu, click Settings.
3. On the bottom of the screen, click Advanced Settings.
4. Click the Clear Browsing Data... button.
5. Check Empty the cache and Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data.
6. At the top of the window, choose the beginning of time from the drop-down menu.
7. Click the Clear browsing data button.
8. Close Google Chrome and reopen it.

1. Click the Firefox button in the upper left corner of the screen. (Windows XP users may need to locate the Tools menu instead).
2. On the menu, select History, and then Clear Recent History.
3. From the drop-down menu, choose Everything.
4. Click Details, then uncheck everything but Cookies and Cache.
5. Click Clear Now.
6. Close and reopen Firefox.
