Sign in to Webmail to control your spam settings. SmarterMail:
- Select any messages you wish to mark as spam, and then click the "Actions" button at the top, then "Mark", and choose "Spam" from the menu.
- From your Spam folder, you can also mark messages as "Not Spam" from that same menu. This will release the message back to the Inbox.
- Manage advanced spam settings by clicking the "Settings" icon on the left toolbar, then "Filtering", then "Spam Filtering" (Note: these settings are already optimized. It is recommended to consult with TOAST.net Support before changing anything in this area.)
Google Workspace:
MDaemon/World Client:
- Select the message you want to mark as spam and click the "Thumbs Down" (This is spam)" icon at the top of the screen.
- From your Spam folder, you can release messages back to the Inbox by clicking the "Thumbs Up (This is not spam)" icon at the top of the screen.
