Error 676 means that the phone number being dialed is busy. Please try the following:
- Check that the number is being dialed correctly. Extra characters in the phone number, or dialing the area code when not needed may cause a busy signal.
- Make sure you are dialing a valid TOAST.net number. TOAST.net decommissions phone numbers from time to time as we add capacity. A list of our current access phone numbers can be found here: www.toast.net/internet/dial-up/numbers
- Try dialing another number. If you are using the TOAST.net Dialer, you can click the Select button to change your access phone number.
