Zoom X3, X5, or X6 - Change Username or Password

Root > Connection > DSL
  1. Click 10.0.0.2 to open your modem's control panel.
  2. When prompted, enter the following:

    Username -- admin
    Password -- zoomadsl
     
  3. On the Basic Setup screen, update the Username and Password as needed.

  4. Click Save Changes. (Note: nothing will seem to happen when you do this).
  5. Click Write Settings to Flash and Reboot
  6. Close your web browser and reopen it to confirm your connection is working.
