Spam Management and Filtering
Sign in to
to control your spam settings.
Select any messages you wish to mark as spam, and then click the "Actions" button at the top, then "Mark", and choose "Spam" from the menu.
From your Spam folder, you can also mark messages as "Not Spam" from that same menu. This will release the message back to the Inbox.
Manage advanced spam settings by clicking the "Settings" icon on the left tool bar, then "Filtering", then "Spam Filtering" (Note: these settings are already optimized. It is recommended consulting with TOAST.net Support before changing anything in this area.)

Corporate Mail (Legacy):
Select the message you want to mark as spam and click the "Thumbs Down" (This is spam)" icon at the top of the screen.
From your Spam folder, you can release messages back to the Inbox by clicking the "Thumbs Up (This is not spam)" icon at the top of the screen.
