Set Up Corporate Mail - Outlook 2007, 2010 or 2013

Applies to: Users wishing to configure Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010 or 2013 to sync email, calendar, and contacts with Corporate Mail.

To configure Outlook:
  1. Install Outlook Connector:
    • Close Microsoft Outlook completely.
    • Log into your Corporate Email account at www.toast.net/mail
    • Click Options, and then select Outlook Connector.
    • Click Download and run the application when it's finished.
  2. Click on the Windows Start button and open Control Panel.
  3. Open the Mail icon (you may have to choose "Classic View" or "Small Icon View" to see the Mail icon).
  4. Click on Show Profiles... click the Add button.
  5. Type in a profile name (Ex: Outlook Connector) and click OK.
  6. Check Manually configure server settings... and click Next.
  7. Click Other, select Outlook Connector... and click Next.
  8. In User Information, enter your name, organization, and complete email address.
  9. In Account Settings, enter the following:
    • Incoming Mail (IMAP): mail.<your-domain.com>
    • Outgoing Mail (SMTP): mail.<your-domain.com>
    • User Name: Your complete email address.
    • Password: Your email password.
    • Click OK when complete.
  10. Click OK to close the Mail window.
  11. Open Outlook and your account will begin syncing.  When able, open the Tools menu and select Options.
  12. Select the Mail Setup tab and click Send/Receive.
  13. Make sure Schedule an automatic send/receive is set to 30 minutes.
  14. Click OK. Outlook setup is complete.
