MozyPro - Fails To Back Up Files

If you are encountering unsuccessful backups turn on or restart the computer and start a manual backup.

To manually start a backup follow these steps:
  1. Open the Mozy icon on the system tray by your clock
  2. Click Start Backup

You should also verify automatic/scheduled backups are not disabled by following these steps:

  1. Open the Mozy icon on the system tray by your clock
  2. Click Settings > Options
  3. Open the Scheduling tab
  4. Uncheck "Temporarily suspend automatic and scheduled backups" 
If you can tell which file is failing to back up, make sure that file is not in use. Shut down any computers on your network that may be using the file and try running a manual backup again.
