DG860P2 No Connectivity

If your WiFi doesn't work, try the following steps:

  1. Unplug the modem and wait for 15 seconds. Then plug the modem back in. 
     
  2. Check the modem lights:
     
    • There should be solid green lights next to Power, DS, US, Online and Wifi. You should also have a green light next to Ethernet if you have a PC plugged directly into the modem.
    • If the US, DS or Online lights are out or blinking, or yellow or orange, check the coaxial cable on the back of your modem is securely plugged in to the jack on your modem and the jack on your wall.
       
  3. If your WiFi still doesn't work after these steps, please contact TOAST.net Technical Support to open a trouble ticket for your connection.
