This article explains how to adjust your DSL username or password on all ZOOM brand DSL modems. Be sure to request a password change on your account through My Account, or contact TOAST.net Customer Service before proceeding. To make changes to your DSL username or password:
- Open a web browser, enter http://10.0.0.2 into the address bar and press the Enter key. When prompted to log into the modem, use the following username and password:
Username -- admin
Password -- zoomadsl
- Once logged into the modem, click Basic Setup at the top of the screen.

Edit the username and password fields as needed.

Click the Save button on the bottom of the page.

Click the Write Settings to Flash button on the bottom of the page.

Close your web browser.
Test your Internet connection to make sure it's working by opening a web page. If you are not able to browse, repeat steps 1-6 and be sure that you are using the correct username and password as assigned by TOAST.net for your account.
