How do I cancel my account?

TOAST.net provides a wide variety of services to our members throughout the United States and Canada, as well as free technical support capable of addressing any TOAST.net service issues. If you are experiencing difficulty using your TOAST.net service, please take advantage of our extensive online knowledge database at http://support.toast.net. You may also speak with technical support by calling 1-419-292-2200.

For security reasons, cancellations are not accepted via email or online chat. Log into My Account to submit your cancellation request, or call 1-419-292-2200 during business hours. Once your cancellation is received you will be provided with a cancellation confirmation number which you should retain for your records. Your service will be active until the last day of the month.

Submitting an Online Cancellation

Log into My Account:

  • On the Home page, Select cancel next to the desired plan under Your Services.
  • Select which services you wish to cancel, then click Submit.
  • If you decide to keep some services you will be redirected to another page. Review the message from TOAST.net to determine if another service plan would fit your needs.
  • If you wish to continue with cancellation, please provide any feedback you feel would be useful to TOAST.net.
  • Click Cancel My Account.
  • Make note of your cancellation confirmation number for future reference.
