Netgear DGN-2200: Change Username or Password

Root > Connection > DSL
If you have the older firmware please click here.
  1. In a browser go to http://192.168.0.1 to open your modem's control panel.
  2. Log in with-

     username: admin
         password: password
     
  3. If prompted, choose No, I want to configure the Internet connection myself.


     
  4. Click on the Advanced tab:


     
  5. Once in the advanced tab click on Setup:


     
  6. Once in setup click on Internet Setup:


     
  7. Update the Login and Password as needed.
  8. Ensure that Service Name is blank.
  9. Click Apply when complete.
  10. Close your web browser and then reopen it to confirm your connection is working.
