Sub-Account - Managing

The My Account icon on the Start Page allows you to manage your email addresses.
  1. Sign in to My Account at the top of the Start Page with the main email account (usually the email address that ends with "
  2. On the left menu, choose Email Sub Accounts.
  3. At the top, you have 3 options:
    • Active Accounts: Manage your existing email accounts. You can change passwords or deactivate accounts here.
    • Inactive Accounts: Reactivate inactive accounts.
    • Create New Mailbox: Create a brand new email account.
When creating new accounts, notice some domains say (15GB) next to them- these mailboxes are based on the Google mail system will have the same interface and features as your main email address.
Once a new account is created, you can access it from the Other Mail icon on the Start Page.
