To power On/Off, press and hold the 'Power' button for 4 seconds, then release.
To navigate the display and view different screens:
press the 'Menu' button to change screens & the 'Power' button to see details.
The 'Menu' button acts like a "next screen" button, and the 'Power' button acts like a "more info" button.
