Resetting Web Browser Security - Clear Temp Files and Cookies

Web pages that prevent you from logging in or have controls that are not working properly may be trying to use outdated or broken files stored on your computer. To correct this problem, try resetting your web browser:
 
To reset Microsoft Edge:
  1. Open the Settings menu in the upper right corner of the browser.
  2. Select the Privacy and Security tab.
  3. Under Clear browsing data, select all of the following:
    • Cookies and saved website data
    • Cached data and files
    • Any other options you would like to have reset
  4. Hit the Clear button.
To reset Google Chrome:
  1. Click the 3 vertical dots in the top corner of your browser. 
  2. On the dropdown menu, click "Clear Browsing Data...".
  3. Select the data you would like to delete and the time range to be deleted.
  4. Click the Clear data button.
  5. Close Google Chrome and reopen it.
        You can also click the advanced tab at the top to select more specific data to be deleted. 
 To reset Firefox:
  1. Click the Firefox button in the upper left corner of the screen. (Windows XP users may need to locate the Tools menu instead).
  2. On the menu, select History, and then Clear Recent History.
  3. From the drop-down menu, choose Everything.
  4. Click Details, then uncheck everything but Cookies and Cache.
  5. Click Clear Now.
  6. Close and reopen Firefox.
