Add Address to Trusted Senders List in SmarterMail

In today's world, where email has become a crucial means of communication, it is important to ensure that important emails from trusted contacts are not lost or sent to spam. One way to ensure this is by adding the email address to your trusted senders list. A trusted senders list is a list of email addresses or domains that are allowed to bypass your email's spam filters and land directly in your inbox. In this article, we will guide you through the process of adding an email address or domain to your trusted senders list, ensuring that you never miss an important email from this sender again.

This article only applies to @toast.net domains on the SmarterMail web service

There are a couple ways in which you can add the senders to your trusted senders list. 

1. Login to your @toast.net mailbox

2. Find an email they have previously sent you. Right click the message select "Actions"-->"Mark"-->"Not Spam" 

1. Login to your @toast.net mailbox

    

2. Click the settings icon located on the left side of the screen  3. Click trusted senders on the left hand side

4. Click the New button at the top of the screen

5. The following window will pop up. Type in the email address or domain you want to add to your trusted     

senders list (enter one address/domain per line). Click save when done.

6. You should now see the email or domain on your trusted senders list.
