Web Page Doesn't Work Correctly - Clear Temporary Internet Files

Web browsers store pictures, text,and other downloadable files for frequently visited web sites to improve performance. If you experience problems with a website, you can try clearing these files so fresh copies of the website's files are downloaded. To clear your temporary internet files, follow the steps for your web browser:

Internet Explorer:

  1. Go to Tools > Internet Options.
  2. Click the Delete button under Browsing History.
  3. Place a check next to Temporary Internet Files.
  4. Click the Delete button on the bottom of the screen.

Firefox:

  1. Go to the orange Firefox button, then select Options from the menu. 
  2. Select the Advanced category, then choose the Network tab.
  3. Under "Cached Web Content", click Clear Now.

Chrome:

  1. Click the Tools icon in the upper right corner of the browser window and select Settings.
  2. Click the Show Advanced Settings link on the bottom of the screen.
  3. Under the "Privacy" category, click Clear Browsing Data.
  4. Check mark options you wish to clear and click Clear Browsing Data.

Safari:

  1. Go to the Safari menu.
  2. Click on Empty Cache.
