Web browsers store pictures, text,and other downloadable files for frequently visited web sites to improve performance. If you experience problems with a website, you can try clearing these files so fresh copies of the website's files are downloaded. To clear your temporary internet files, follow the steps for your web browser:
Internet Explorer:

Go to Tools > Internet Options.

Click the Delete button under Browsing History.

Place a check next to Temporary Internet Files.
- Click the Delete button on the bottom of the screen.
Firefox:

Go to the orange Firefox button, then select Options from the menu.

Select the Advanced category, then choose the Network tab.

Under "Cached Web Content", click Clear Now.
Chrome:

Click the Tools icon in the upper right corner of the browser window and select Settings.
- Click the Show Advanced Settings link on the bottom of the screen.
- Under the "Privacy" category, click Clear Browsing Data.

Check mark options you wish to clear and click Clear Browsing Data.
Safari:

Go to the Safari menu.

Click on Empty Cache.
