How to multi-select in SmarterMail

File storage is one of the essential aspects of our SmarterMail services.  To aid with this, the interface comes with a very handy tool called "Select Mode" to select multiple emails at a time for mass file actions.

To do this:

1. Log into SmarterMail through the Toast.net Start Page: Start.Toast.net

2. Click the 'Select' button in the top of the middle column of any folder you are in, then select "Enable Select Mode"

What this does:

This will allow you to select or de-select multiple emails at a time.  To select an email, simply click it.  To deselect, simply click it again. Selected emails are highlighted. With this, any actions you would normally make with a single email can be performed with the selected group. 

To view the available actions, click the 3 dots icon.
