Depending on your needs, you can perform a quick search within a specific folder or use the Advanced Search to scan your entire mailbox.
Option 1: Folder-Specific Search
Use this method when you know which folder the email is in (e.g., Inbox or Sent Items) and want to find it quickly.
Select your folder: Navigate to the specific folder you wish to search.
Enter criteria: Click the Magnifying Glass located at the top of the message list.
Execute: On the line below, type your keywords and press Enter.
Refine results: You can use the Filter (funnel icon) or Sort options to further narrow down results by attachments, flags, or replied-to status.
Option 2: Advanced Search (Global)
Use this method if you are unsure where an email is located or if you need to apply specific criteria across your entire account.
Open Advanced Search: Click the Magnifying Glass icon in the top-right utility bar of the interface.

Define Scope: In the sidebar that appears, the search defaults to "Everywhere." You can use the dropdown to target specific areas of your account as well.

Add Details: Enter your search keyword and any other parameters prompted.
Run Search: Click the Search button at the top of the sidebar to display all matching messages from across your account.
