Auto-clean is a simple and effective way to reduce the disk space used by the Junk Email and Deleted Items folders. It helps keep your mailbox from running out of space.
Deleted Items – Messages are automatically removed after 90 days.
Junk Email – Messages are automatically removed after 30 days.
If you want to keep any messages from these folders, create a new folder such as "Archive" or "Save" and move those messages to the new folder before they are removed.
