This article includes instructions for the Internet Explorer Pop-up Blocker included in Internet Explorer 9 and 10.
Edit pop up blocking settings:
In order to edit pop up blocking settings, please follow these instructions:
In the top right hand corner of the screen, click on the gear icon and then click on Internet Options
.
Click on the Privacy Tab.
Click on Settings next to the 'Turn on Pop-up Blocker'.
From here you can type in specific websites to allow, select whether or not you want a Notification Bar to show up, or what blocking level to use.
The various blocking levels are: Low, Medium and High as seen below.
When you have chosen the settings you want and added any sites you want as exceptions, please click on Close to return to the Internet Options. From there just click on Ok to save your settings and close Internet Options.
