Wireless usage not displaying

If you've been using your mobile hotspot, but your wireless usage is not showing up on the Start Page or My Account: turn off the device for 10 minutes or longer.

How to turn off the Overdrive Pro
  1. Press and hold the power button for 4-5 seconds, you should see a screen saying "Sierra Wireless - Powering off" and the device will power down.
  • If it is plugged in the Overdrive Pro will say it is "Charging".
  • If it is not plugged in the Overdrive Pro will NOT respond when you click on the power button once.  Remember, if you do hold down the power button it will turn back on.

After 10 minutes of the Overdrive Pro being turned off, press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds.  You will see a screen stating "Sprint - Powering on" and the device will turn back on.
